Why?
The best option when living in Russia. On-campus accommodation is very cheap, but rooms are too small and there is no privacy. Other ways of accommodation are impossible in Russia.

The university helps in finding a flat, although there is always a cheaper solution when you do it on your own. Flats in Russia are very bad, very old, there are no gadgets, bathrooms are unusable! Although, when ready to pay high price, modern flats can be easily obtained.
