The people are really friendly in trying to explain something to you. The other international students are from all around the world, so with different dialects. The Irish people speak english and some speak irish too. You can understand it, but in the beginning it ir really difficult to understand the dialect. After a while it is much better

Personal spending habits
You spend more because you go out more, do stuff, and that costs a lot of money. The food and drinks are really expensive, the nightlife just depence on where you are going. Traveling is less expensive; a blackcap can bring you trough the city for 0.80p

Personal comments
School gives you the household items ( pan, cubs, spoons, plates etcetera..) for free. The cash machine is 100 metre from the campus and in your room all teh furniture is there. You dont have to pay extra for heath nor water. A cheap shop is the Lidl. And the money you pay to travell to your teachers practice, you can get back in the bursers office in St. Mary's.In the campus there's a phone, were you can buy card for to call, but on the first floor there is a phone were people can call you.

Well there is not much to say. It is really good. Some advice: travel with easyjet that flights from amsterdam to belfast. Take a lot of money at once at the cash machine, cause you have to pay a certain amount of money every time you take cash. The money you can save in your personal safe. You should really do the black cab tour: with takes you all around belfast, and you can see the differences between the katholics and the protestants. Nice things to go to: Dublin (3 hours by bus)Giants causeway, cliffs of mouher, well actually everythings beautifull. You can buy a pass at the student union with gives you a discount when you travel. The student union is always willing to help: bring you somewhere by bus, or gives you accest to the student rooms, were you can organise things.

In Belfast there are a lot of nice pubs.I really liked: Robinsons, and next to school there is Caffeys, really good to. The nightclubs I liked: the egg, Botanic, Milk, Empire ( with stand up comedians every thursday and jazz at sunday). Well Belfast is covered with pubs that are really fun. There aren't a lot of tourist stuff, but there are a few churces, the city hall, the shopping area, and of course all the wall paintings, that are really interesting to see. Belfast has really a cultural city.

The accomodation was near school, and with a lot of rooms for students, It was about 10 pounds a night, which gives you a own room, with a bed, washing table, desk and closets. Every week your bedloundry is done by the cleaning staff. You got a shareg kitchen, baths and toilets, but you got you own safe.
