“The best engineering faculty in Italy”
Carmine B
Italy, Graduate
Engineering, Aeronautical, 2021
Overall
Politecnico di Milano provides a thorough knowledge of theoretical aspects of engineering without focusing too much on practical aspets though, the typical italian way of teaching. Despite the huge load of subjects to study, Politecnico teach us how to approach difficoult subjects, how to work under pressure and how to solve problems with critical mind, indeed, in my opinion this last is one of the best quality of Politecnico di Milano.
Students coming from Politecnico are requested all around Europe especially for their ability of problem solving attitude, thanks to ther theoretical formation. However, students coming from Politecnico and, more general, from italy lack fof hands-on experience

If I came back to the Erasmus experience nowaday, I would enjoy it even much more, I'm sure. In any case, my experience in Milan was one of the best in my life, if not the best. Nowadays I live and work in Madrid, and I have a lot of foreign friends here. So I have taken the Erasmus with me from Milan and now it is a way of living that I can enjoy in such a big city as Madrid (Spain).

It is a good University, but you have to manage lots of thing by yourself, what is not bad at all. Simply you have to keep this in your mind, accept and enjoy the challenge.

“Great experience for an international student”
Prasanna M
Italy, Graduate
Engineering, Aeronautical, 2022
Overall
The university is very good in terms of the professors and course structure. The level of knowledge of the professors is really excellent and they are truly highly experienced and I've never had a bad professor. The university is trying to shift entirely into an international one but there are still traces of Italian language here and there but it is not something that is highly worrying given the fact that it is still a transition period at the university to becoming an international one.

Politecnico di Milano was a fantastic experience , from the international program where i met hundreds of people from all over the world and having each a different background in Architecture, to the teachers that where nice and helpful. The campus was a real place to study, share and participate in activities. I have experienced Milan in all the case and it was the best experience so far
