For sure buy bike, second-hand one (about 50e, not more!!!) Tallinn, Riga - great places to see. Quite cheap flights - www.Blue1.com, www.ryanair.com. Use every offered possibility to do something, to travel somewhere.....spend the time in Finland actively.

If you have free weekend best places to go are: "Radisson SAS" on Friday, "Hot Night Club" on Saturday and "Never Grow Old" on Sunday. During weekdays best places are "Giggling Marlin" on Wednesday and "Karlenhoffi" on Thursday. There is nothing special on Monday and Tuesday.
