Sitting in the coffee shops downtown with your study-books is perfect, there are many to choose between so I don´t recommend some special coffeshop.

It is a small university where you have a chance of getting to know the other students easily. If you want to spend some time at a Christian University, this would be a great place to go. The academic quality is good.

Minneapolis is a great city to live in and the university is close by and just walking-distance away from downtown.

Since I previously had lived in the country I had quite a lot of help from that when it came to my ability to handle the language. Afterwards I could however see improvements in my academic vocabulary and of course in my overall proficiency.
