Don´t sleep more than you need... It will end so soon and you can do everything you want if you organice yourself. Parties, sports, travels, studies... everything is possible.

Overall
MMU is a good uni especially if you are studying creative subjects.
They have really good resources on and off campus in order to be sufficient in studies. The art school is really open space and allows us to be in a creative space.
The university has studios for photoshoots/ video shoots, free to use for students. With Mac computers accessible around campus, it is easy to work on projects using Adobe.

You should not bring many clothes or duvets etc. You can get cheap clothes and linen, duvets, pillow. Go to ASDA to get your the things you need for your bed.
Cheap shops: ASDA, Aldi
Quality shops: Sainsbury
Shops everywhere: Tesco (normal prices)

I’m currently studying at Manchester Metropolitan University and I’m just finishing my first year. So far, this year has been really good as I made a lot of friends with similar interests as me.

Manchester Metropolitan University provided the perfect balance of modules to choose from. The English degree ranges from language, literature and linguistics.
