Agriculture was one of the most interesting course with lots of hands-on activities, farm/field visits and projects which exposed me to real life challenges and solutions.
The teachers were co-operative, friendly and knowledgeable with lots of real life experiences which shaped my attitude towards hardworking and self-independency.
The students were very co-operative, cohesive, team players and hardworking spirit.
The campus was very unforgettable place with conducive learning environment with lots of learning facilities and well stocked libraries.
The student life was one of the unforgettable moments in life with lots of learning, failures, growth, adventures, freedom and more so lots of career guidance which shaped me into a responsible person.

The BA Environmental Management course was such a wholistic degree that cut across different aspects of management ranging from the environment, the people, species and how they interact and affect each other, as well as the different processes, how they are interlinked and are interdependent on one another. The delivery of the course was also wholesome since there was a balance between the theory and practical sessions in which students gladly undertook, under the guidance of well informed and passionate lecturers. I'd recommend MAKERERE University any day, any time

Makerere University provides courses of all fields i.e. Business, Medical, Engineering, Information and Communication Technology and others.
The students are trained to be of high integrity, ethics and professionally competent in the working environment.
Teaching facilities are reasonably efficient and effective with regards to achieving the University goals and objectives.

We have good language teachers in german at the goethe institute bit we dont practise with our spoken because there almost  no german speakers in Uganda.

The university has lots of programs for example bachelors in agriculture, medicine and surgery,law , social sciences, education, economics,veterinary and so many others majorly under graduate,post graduate and masters degrees,it has up-to-date online and physical libraries ,good and hard working lecturers,we have laboratories and go out to the field for practicals ,the students are also always ready to learn , lovely and caring people
