I spoke French already, as I studied it for 5 years at the High School. I didn't have any problems in improuving it quite easly mostly because I got the chance to be part of a nice french group.

Most french people speak nothing but french so you got to speak french when speaking to them. This was good though because it forced me to speak and listen to french being spoken a lot.
