I learned loads of french but i'm still not 'bilingue', that's because of the Erasmus program. Other students don't speak a word of french, so you adapt to them and speak English. I have to admit, my english improved more than my french

Normally campus are not to close to the center but you can find nice apartments or chalets at the center and for an accesible price
