Why?
Very cheap and beautiful campus (price depends of the agreement), near the center. If you're lucky enough to find a flat like that now, go on, but I doubt it.

the dezhurnayas know "their" foreign students, you get to know a lot of people

each student has a single room, it is however really small (about 8 m2 only) -> you get used to it however after some weeks
