KPO - huge club complex at the Ostbahnhof station. Anywhere on Münchener Freiheit (a main road with loads of pubs). English/Irish pubs:- Günter Murphy's (inbetween Münchener Freiheit and Gisellastraße), A Hard Days Night (near McDonalds at Münchenerfreiheit - brand new this year), Ned Kelly's (Irish/Australian Bar near the Frauenkirche at Marienplatz). Also Hofbraühaus - about 5 mins walk away from Marienplatz.

I really enjoyed my 5 months in Munich. I would stay longer if i could. The location of the city(not far away from other countries) helped me to visit some other european cities too.

Already before I went to Germany I had a good knowledge of the German language, since I had studied Gearman as a Foreighn Language for teachers at my home university in Gdañsk and before my study at LM university I worked as a Au-pair in a german family in Munich. Therefore I didn't experience any difficulties during my stay. I consider, my everyday language has improved and become more varied.
