Housing
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why?
Because the campus is the place where everybody is. That's where it happens, you make new friends, get together with fellow classmates, you eat, etc.

try making friends and stay at their home, you'll have a good time and it is cheap. Don't feel like you're taking advantage because they just like internationals around.
