Buy yourself a bike, as soon as you arrive, and also at least one huge lock!!! Never forget to lock your bike! Buy yourself a "voordeel uren card" when you arrive, as you can travel by train with a reduction of 40%

Phone and travel are vwery expensive, but I was really impressed by the nightlife... it's so cheap! Most of the times you don't pay to enter are drinks are CHEAP (expecially the beer)

Final comments
If you are planning to travel a lot, you should get a discount card for travelling by train. Because it gives you %40 discount on every ticket and you can buy 3 more discounted tickets on condition that you travel together.
