For travelling - use night buses, not the shinkansen. TRavel agents are especially helpful when arranging a longer trip.

Basically I wasted a semester. The credit won't transfer and they won't let anyone change classes. I had fun, but it was a waste of money

If you don't care about choosing your class, or credit, or only take Japanese then it's ok. Don't expect any help, don't expect any vacation days to travel. You have to do everything yourself

My friend loved it, that's why I came. People in my class are not happy. We had fun, but it definitely wasn't what I had been told. I feel bad because I did make friends and had a good time. I liked one of my classes. I'm mad that they lied to me about the classes and about credit and don't care that it cost me an extra semester.

Travel as much as you can. I would recommend buying a good digital camera or camcorder before coming to Japan because there is plenty to see! Go to Hiroshima if you have a chance. It is a once in a life time experience.

Overall
The campus looks clean and lively but the equipments are a bit old, such as PCs and projectors.
They have attractive study abroad programs, but there’s some discrepancies between their explanation before entrance and the reality.
Students would assume they can study in universities all over the world, but actually it’s just the USA and Asian countries, which is the reason I went to in Norway by my own.
