yes, I would have liked to be informed about the level of english classes. I did not get any equivalence, because the level of english classes was too low.

“Overall good learning experience”
Claudia O
Germany, Undergraduate
Language, 2020
Overall
Teachers that I had were all very open-minded and open for class discussions and different opinions. Grading was fair and just. However, courses could have been constructed a little more dynamically and more interesting for us students, a more varied offer of topics and seminars would have been great as well.

Pros

I wish I had known...
Just m)ore administration info.About how it worked in the Uni there, the credit european transfer (I think is important and they just don´t care to muche about explaining it at home or at the host Uni). The conditions of the place.I mean if they would of tell us that it was just a forgotten little tiny noring closed minded village from the inner Germany, most of us wouldn´t of gone there. We would of try to go to Berlin or a bigger nicer place.Or,I might as well just gone for 6 months but not for the whole complete year!

Only for hard working students that want to really fight to get a place in the difficult elitist translation-interpretation world. It´s a good place to work hard but also to learn like hell.

I love the campus life at JGU, it is full of joy and makes you feel the real student life. For the studies, I cannot explain enough my subjects which were all of them served all my academic needs as a sociolinguistics student and fullfilled my expectations far beyond.
