Szeged is ideal for travels! Serbia is one hour away, Romania too. From Budapest (2 1/2hrs) you can go directly to Vienna, Bucarest, Belgrade, Crakow, Split,... by train or bus. Travels within Hungary are very recommended as well, this country is just beautiful - and with a hungarian student ID you travel as cheap as most of you never did before ;)

It is a nice way to get closer to the Hungarian culture. The Hungarian students at Hungarian Studies are very helpful and friendly.
