it is hard to live in mexico city because you are far from everuthing. every time you go out it is an expedition. so you will learn to be patient.
try to travel, because if you only stay in the university, you will only know one pqrt of mexican people (the rich one)

Don't go with too many expectations. Just let it all come over you and enjoy it while you're living it.

Joes Oyster Bar is always fun. Bora Bora, and Valentinos. I forgot what it was called but there is a great place downtown by Cafe Pacifico(The restuarant not the Brewery) it doesn't have a sign and its hidden but it's a great alternative bar. For food La Rioja spanish restuarant and freinds houses for true mexican food(Menudo Sundays).

Housing
Type of housing: With a family
Arranged by: Home university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Although the family experience was indeed helpful in my language development, I think I'm at the point now where I could survive on my own without the aid of native inhabitants.

That was very pleasant to learn outside the frame of school you improve your level without doing anything. You let your brain functionning. Sometimes it seems weird to realize that your comprension is much better.
