Why?
The house I am living in now is pretty close to my host university, only 5 minutes on foot. And moreover, my 12 Mexican neighbours are really nice and helpful for my Spanish learning.

A bar called "La Cabaña" located in the "Centrito Valle" and there are also a lot of pubs and discos in the old part of Monterrey known as the "Barrio Antiguo".
