“Excellent University, but there's always room for improvement”

Portugal, Graduate
Engineering, 2018
Overall
Tecnico is the best engineering university in Portugal, and thus their theoretical knowledge and teaching are very good. However, when studying a course like mine: Industrial Engineering and Management, one notices the lack of more practical exercises rather than so many theoretical. And the need to have more extra-curricular focused on interviews and CV preparation for example.

Well, Lisboa is full of turist in the summer, so spring and fall is better. The weather is best in spring and fall too. The people can be open and friendly once you speak there language (many not-young people don't speak English). For me the stay was a big cultural thing.

Personal spending habits
The cost of life in Lisbon was smaller as in France. As a consequence the basic expenses for food and accomodation were smaller.
I travelled more there because I didn't know the country abd these expenses were bigger.
