A life changing experience
Duong N
France, Graduate
Business Studies, 2021
Overall
Studying at GEM helps me become closer to my dream and career goals. The school provides great and practical, hands-on pedagogy delivered my teachers with academic or professional experiences. Especially, you can have a chance to join Live Business Case, in which you work on solving a company real issues. Also, there are many kinds of support outside classes to help students with their employability (career center, job fairs, etc) and personal development. The students and teachers are highly international, so that you don't feel lost in a foreign country.

The GEM was very helpful concerning bank account or housing. The organisation is french style - so it take some weeks before everything works well. Travel tips: Lyon (esp. 8th of december!), Annecy!!!, Paris (only 3hours with the TGV), rambling in the mountains (Vercors, Chartreuse, etc.), Geneve (2 hours with the train)

Un enseignement de qualité
Naëlia F
France, Graduate
Marketing and Sales Management, 2021
Overall

Global MBA with exceptional professors and cohort
Shalabh M
France, Graduate
Business Studies, 2020
Overall
The professors are masters of their respective field publishing regular articles in business publications such as Forbes, Bloomberg Businessweek etc. Most of the subjects are quite intensive with multiple business cases going on at once. Group work is the key and individuals get to learn a lot during the brainstorming sessions. Real life simulations lets you apply the concepts learned in theory classes making the course stand among the top notch colleges globally.

It would have been useful to get some insights/arrangements from my home university (U of Ottawa) on accomodations and deals with the much bigger university of Grenoble (housing, activities, ski passes)

ESC-Grenoble is a premier business school in Europe. I would recommend it, and the skiing and snowboarding are a great plus.

Signup with the local student's association to get deals for food and mountain pass. Grenoble is also a great hub to visit the many ski resorts in the west end of the alps or to do some off-piste.

EM est l'une des plus grandes écoles de commerce en France.  En effet, elle constitué de plusieurs entités (École supérieure de commerce de Grenoble, Grenoble Graduate School of Business, École de management des systèmes d'information, Doctoral School).
