Excellent - I love getting to know all about different people and cultures and I believe that it is only really possible when you speak the 'host' language - that's why it was important for me to learn German fluently.

Final comments
German travel for students is quite cheap and there are good offers (Interrailing for example). Germany borders so many interesting countries - to miss out on visits would be a shame!
