People in the Netherlands can speak perfect English in their daily life and also in the classes that I have chosen. In my university the language that we use is also English. So I have never faced any diffuculty at all. Moreover I favour the multilingual environment in Erasmus.

I could already Dutch before applying for the exchange programme and thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to improve my language skills. All of the courses are taught in English, so there isnt really a problem if you don't speak Dutch and wish to study in The Netherlands.

I enjoy going to the salsa bars such as Buleria on Coolsingel and Temptations. They have excellent music and it is a lot of fun.
