Personal spending habits
rents were in general more expensive in the netherlands than in germany. didnt travel that much in germany, so i necessarily spent more money on that when i was on exchange since i visited some cities like brussels or amsterdam.

living in the netherlands is basically more expensive than in germany. so make sure u have enough savings since the grants from erasmus are really low.

the NL is a small country. it's possible to see (almost) all of the country. recommend to travel as much as possible.

overall it was a great experience. while in netherlands i traveled a lot. train system is very efficient and on time and it will take you everywhere in the netherlands and other countries of europe.
