as i recognize french people dont tend to speak foreign language even though they know unless they need to speak. moreover any situation tend to impose me to speak french unless some exception. in my college feel free to speak english as it is my language of instruction. however, when i am thinking to consult any admistrative officer lets say for Security Social then i typically find the person that he or she doesn't speak english well. hence when i would like to do anything outside college i must speak at least basic fench as i recognze.
