I spent more in housing because I live with my parents in my home country. In general things are quite expensive in Paris but one can learn where to find goods at good prices. Telephone is expensive too but not for me because I often use Internet to make calls

All the lectures were given in French and picking it fast was a key not to have problems in courses. Slang was a bit difficult to understand at first but I picked it up fast without even realizing it through e-mail reading/contact with French students.

The rooms are a bit small but I live close to all my friends so I'm happy with it.Although we are 24 people on a floor and the kitchen is quite small, we manage to share the cookers well
