Generally, the living standard in France is higher than in Singapore, not to mention that I was in Paris. But its not that bad. If French Francs are or equal value to Singapore Dollar, I would say I will be spending more in Singapore.

Bring your student pass EVERYWHERE, and get BIG discounts. Am surprised that even though I am not a local, I am given the same treatment. This NEVER happens in Singapore.

The housing provided is wonderful. The hostels are pretty tight and far away, but many new hostels has been built, right infrom of the university. Its great!
