the amount off clubs in Barcelona is huge - best: Danzatoria, Sutton, Carpe Diem, Otto Zutz, - so many nice clubs - music mainly hiphop - nightlife starts very late - don´t go to a disco before 2h - a lot of sights as well - I liked the Miró museum, Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and the beach - Tapas: Cerveceria Catalunya

Spanish very friendly and accomodating, never felt intimidated and felt extremely fluent after my year in Barcelona. Despite the fact that Barcelona is bi-lingual (Catalan and Castillian), I found 99% of people had no problem with talking in Castillian to me. However, after a year I had picked up basic Catalan too.
