Personal comments
At first it was a little intimidating going to France and only have taken a semester of French. But upon arriving at the airport in Paris and Strasbourg, people were very helpful and took the time to speak to me in English or in French, but in a manner in which I could try to make out what they were telling me. I loved the cultural immersion.

“Too many hours for classes”

Overall
This is a french uni so it is normal to have a lot of classes however I do not feel like I am going to learn anything when I attend the majority of courses. Math and languages are the classes where I actually have to pay attention and to which i come with the intention to work.

Strasbourg offered many interesting forms of entertainment. One of these was towards the end of June when a complete day and night of musical festivals takes place. You get to hear different beats and sounds from all over the globe. This is an ideal time for students to meet local people as well as visitors from other countries.
