PERSONALLY SPEAKING, ON CAMPUS ACCOMODATION WAS INSUFFICIENT, BUT REGARDING THAT A NEW BLOCK OF ROOMS WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, IT SEEMS REASONLBLE THAT FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS THERE HAS BEEN AN INSUFICIENT CAPACITY TO SATISFY THE STUDENT DEMAND FOR ROOMS.
