All people in the university can speak the "instruction language"; it was an opportunity to refresh and improve my knowledge on it. I had no interest (and time) on the local language.

Personal spending habits
I could use the university telephone (to call in the country). Food was often shared in dinners with many people. All the rest is very expensive in Denmark.

Housing
Type of housing: Campus village - the containers
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus in a kollegium
Why?
In a kollegium you pay less than the containers and have your room with bathroom and a big shared kitchen for 10-20 other people.

Personal comments
The accomodation in Copenhagen is very difficult at the moment, so they built these containers where they put some international students. The containers aren't as bad as they sound, but could be a LOT better. In a kollegium you get much more.
