Cheaper, on campus NO guests are allowed, and if you share a room it can be a very luxurious one... (pool, gym etc)

My place was incredibly cheap (3000THB) and very close to the university.. This is what I wanted, although it was not of very high Standard (e.g.: No AirCon)
