Although the students residence's conditions were not perfect, my personal opinion is that is much better to the international students stay there, they will enjoy more the international and local environment. While I was there I travelled on weekends and holidays to other cities of Czech Republic, to Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary. Do not waste the opportunity to know the east european culture, is really fascinating.

found the careers office to be extremely helpful in providing career advice and guidance. They also offer internship opportunities, both locally and internationally, which was a great experience for me. The careers office helped me find internships that were relevant to my field of study and provided me with invaluable work experience.

Personal comments
Many young students in The Czech Republic speak limited English and this made thing a bit easier but overall I was disappointed in the fact there ws no effort made by the staff to intergrate the curriculum with The Czech language. Socially speaking the language situation was not so tough because in the summer there are so many students in Prague and many speak English. Most restaurants speak English.
