Warm greetings,

We would like to bring to your attention that we have sent several emails regarding inappropriate behavior by certain university staff members. These incidents include racial discrimination and a case of sexual harassment involving an employee named Ibrahim.

Unfortunately, we have not received any response or seen any clear action taken by the university administration. This lack of engagement is concerning, especially given the apparent prioritization of infrastructure and buildings over the well-being and safety of the university community.

We respectfully urge you to investigate these matters and take the necessary steps to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all.
