Housing
Type of housing: with 12 roomates !
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
I would find 2 or 3 good friends to live with me in our own place instead of living with 12 roomates (great) BUT with the 2 owners... no party possible !

Personal comments
I was living 5 minutes'walk from the campus and I had the choice between twob train station to go downtown.
What was great was living with 12 international roomates.
The bad point was that the Japanese owners were also living in the house.
No party, and quite no friends allowed in the house/ garden.

Concerning accomodation, Boston is the third most expensive city in the US, after New York an Los Angeles. I payed 300 $ each month for a 12 saquare meters underground room I shared with a friend who payed the same !
On the other hand, phoning my biyfriend somewhere else in the US cost me almost nothing
