I think there are several recommendations but mostly in my opinion I would say if you want to learn and improve a foreign language, just try in The Escuela official de idiomas en Alicante. You will find friendly teachers willing to help you and in a city of light, sunny days all part of the year and beautiful coast with lovely villages all around the coast
